UX Research for Scania (NDA)
Approach
Design shapes our daily life, to be able to perform that efficiently we can conduct user studies through the application of ethnographic research methods. The project is set up as a design ethnography research for a specific region. In this project, I conducted interviews, observations, field and desktop research, and co-creations body storming seasons. As a result, we obtained quantitative and qualitative data which helped me to create design solutions, empower our customers and improve their well-being in that specific region.

Unfortunately, I am not able to share any details with you unless you are currently working in Scania. If we have an interview I would love to share my experience and the methodologies I used during this project. Additionally, I can share a recommendation letter with you from my time at Scania.
The main methods that I have used in this project are literature reviews ( Scania technical and market reports, academic papers related to the definition of place and space ). Secondly, I used empirical materials to conduct qualitative content analysis. Additionally, there was a questionnaire conducted by my supervisor prior to my arrival at Scania. All these massive data functioned as a blueprint for my final delivery which was a design report aimed to be used by the various design departments. Being transdisciplinary is key to become a major player in your field. I believe, during this project, I followed this interdisciplinary methodology while working closely with various professions.
