My biggest passion is about understanding people + norms surrounding us, I believe designers are going to evolve into becoming facilitators + activists whom we will help to creative, diverse + inclusive societies.
If designers recognize norms and experience them first hand, this will create a better connection between users and artifacts. Through experiencing norms, designers can understand the relationship between people&communities, and products&servies or else spaces&systems, I prefer to focus on research-heavy progress by the application of human-centered design / inclusive design/norm creative methodologies. As a designer, I find it satisfying to tackle the complex + complicated system, serve as a social incubator and creative force.
Aside from exploring 3D and Gen AI at H&M (As UXR's responsibility to discover, and reflect the ecosystem of products define + explore future of domain and support innovation by utilizing participatory design and design ethnography to develop various research artifacts for supporting team outcome & strategy ).
Moreover, I am focused on developing Techne, which is a brand-new design and research-oriented speculative agency focused on people and emerging tech. Under Techne, we will collect design experiments and create educational content. We will develop thought-provoking artifacts to reflect and research using either auto-ethnographic approaches or participatory research practices.
Design and Research: Employ the principles of techne to practice speculative design and research, ensuring a blend of practical skill and creative insight.
Learn and Educate: Create welcoming and safe spaces to learn and pass on knowledge through various content creation, ensuring an environment that encourages continuous learning and sharing.
